Refund policy
Returns
For all returns, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery, so we can provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that this does not apply to personalised products which are non-refundable.
If the item received is damaged or faulty, we will arrange for a pre-paid returns label to be issued to you for return.
In case you have changed your mind or ordered an incorrect item please note we are unable to accept returns.
In order to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the item is unused and in the same condition that it was received and in its original packaging with any tags still attached.
